Peppin Point Holiday Park has been operating as a private park for the past 15 years under the name Peppin Point Private Park.
With new ownership comes new direction and a new era with the re-establishment of Peppin Point as a family focused Holiday Park and the opening up once again of this stunning location to members of the public to book and enjoy this amazing destination on the banks of Lake Eildon.
Located in Bonnie Doon (2hrs NE of Melbourne), Peppin Point Holiday Park is a perfect location for school, fishing and large family groups as we have an amazing 52 bed bunk house, 9 Holiday cabins, a separate 3 Bedroom Holiday House and 13 powered camping/caravan sites giving a total occupancy head count of 192 persons.
The bunkhouse is perfectly located overlooking the lake, with a separate rotunda containing several BBQ's, picnic benches and a communal fire pit. Together with a large dining area and fully equipped kitchen the bunkhouse is perfect for any medium to large size groups.
Small groups or single travelers are also welcome and can make full use of the Peppin Holiday house, Holiday cabins or powered camp sites.
All are located centrally near the office and close to all amenities such as the Pool, Tennis courts, Boat Ramp, Gym Room and of course the lake.

As much as we're looking forward to welcoming members of the public back into Peppin Point Holiday Park, it's important to note that this is a family Park and as such we do have the following expectations on the behavior of guests.

Guests Please Note
As we want to ensure all guests enjoy their stay with us, please ensure that all members of your group abide by the following Park NOISE & BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Please remember this is a family Park. Drunkenness, offensive behavior, bad language and rowdy parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
11pm Noise / Music curfew – Please be Respectful of other guests who are trying to sleep and start reducing Music/Noise from 10pm. By 11pm we expect all Music to cease and for guests to lower their voices. Please also be respectful of other families with young children by watching your language.
If your group cannot abide by the above policy then please do not come to our Park otherwise violations of the above policy will result in your group being asked to leave the Park and your booking terminated without refund.

Park Policy re E-Scooters & E-Bikes
Motorised / battery powered e-scooters/e-bikes will only be permitted if ridden by those of 16 years and above. Due to safety concerns and in alignment with Victorian road rules, e-scooters/ e-bikes must not be ridden within the Park by anyone under the age of 16 years.

Guests are NOT permitted to bring their own inflatable or fixed pontoon/docks into the Park

If guests are using star pickets to secure their boat to the foreshore, please ensure it is clearly labelled with your site number and name.

Any star pickets or synthetic grass/matting used to protect the bottom of your boat must be removed from the foreshore when you leave the Park at the end of your stay
Cancellation Policy:- -
Within 28 days or more - Full refund less administration fee of $50.00 per site

Less than 28 days notice - Part refund only applies if we can fill the exact same booking dates. i.e if you book for 7 nights and we can only fill 6 nights then you will receive a refund minus the $50 admin fee and the cost of the lost nights. (No exceptions to this rule)
